Atomic Space Kitty in the 18th Century
Atomic Space Kitty is a brilliant customizer of dolls, who lives in the Pacific Northwest. She has a fabulous dollie blog and I just happened to stumble over this photo of her Fairyland Chloe in a Rococo gown.
