Tiny Portraits
Noel Cruz is a portrait artist who likes to do "repaints", where you take a sad commercial doll and remake it into a gorgeous little portrait of a celebrity. I also like the fact that Cruz likes Elvira :D It's a treat to visit his DeviantArt gallery, the portraits are wonderful.
Hi, he's great isn't he, some of his repaints look exactly the same as the "original". Amazing artist!
