Soom Verna, Wave Sprite
It's a little Fairy Wave Sprite! This is from their Fairy line and all of these dolls are tiny perfection. Luckily for my wallet, I don't do this size (I am never motivated to sew for anything this small), but they are gorgeous. Here is her sales page !
