That gingerbread house was seriously delicious. J can't remember what he put in the dough, but we did use the new higher fiber flour "Ultra Grain" and it seems better than regular flour, tastewise.

I figured there was no way I would make a nice neat gingerbread house, so I started out with the idea it was going to be structurally unsound. The guy is supposed to be an insurance guy-- but I ate the briefcase. The other thing is a cat. That gingerbread is really, really tasty so it will look even worse by tomorrow. We did go do errands, including going to the post office yesterday, where there was iced coffee in the parking lot. It's cold here. Zero degrees F tonight according to the Tribune's website.
