This is just a hat, frozen to the ground near Costco--no one has been mowing, it's just a Halloween hat, so no one has tried to pry it up, and being frozen down has kept it from blowing away. It looks like a leprechaun dropped it: And there it sits. Discovered at Target--exotic Peeps: J though these were highly disgusting, I was kind of curious, but I didn't buy them--I adore marshmallows, but I don't like the gritty feel of peeps--they seem to me like what happens when you toast marshmallows at the beach and drop one. A chocolate coating might help, but I wasn't willing to pay money to find out. And finally, Krowbar found Ital the Ice Lord's missing human arm and paperwork, and sent them to me, all the way from the UK! Woot!

Claudia (Granado Venus) all painted up, Bartholomew (Granado Jaden), who will take over Benny's Claw foot Euclase body since Bart has a good neck hole. He's a big head, which is why he isn't on my old Impldoll Star boy body I had laying around. Instead the underloved Soom Puss (Still named Puss at the moment) is sitting on that body, waiting most likely for a Granado Lads body late in the fall: Puss could also use some hair and custom eyes, as his eyes are two different sizes (!). And Scilla (Iplehouse Asa) now has her own custom eyes..they might be a bit small so I may make her a couple more pairs. Gradually everyone here is ending up with the eyes that I make, because they fit and they are the right color, no matter how blobbly they are in the back. Then there is William Tyler, the Scourge of the 17th Century Seas, or more likely of the local tailors and hairdressers. He's getting some Cavalier stuff eventually, and probably Puss as a sidekick. Krowbar had a Fairyland 65cm male body that I thought would be great for Gideon, as I had one once before ( Xtal has that one now). So we did a trade--she told me up front he had an "Ice Arm" that she wanted to keep, and I thought that was fine since I could just stuff a nub of resin in the arm hole and attach feathers and Gideon could have a "Wing Arm". Krowbar felt that she should send along a little something extra with the body, since it only had one arm..so she sent... a head. This head, in fact: I thought maybe he was a Scar Breakaway, which are very much liked by people who collect Fairyland dolls, but after some Googling I found that while he was the Breakaway mold, he was really Ital the Ice Lord, which explains the Ice Arm. I'm not sure what explains the scars, but that seems to be a thing with Fairyland. Krowbar had added the smaller eyes (which I like a lot) and the fancier ears, and it turns out the teeth as well--they were done so well I thoug...
