Pamela at Iplehouse
All I know is that she is under the Elemental Guardians tab, but that might be a fluke of programming--she is part of the Carved Heritage series, and her sales page is here: Pamela And ZOMG her dress: (Eyes dolls that are here I might cram into That Dress.)
