So tiny! She is shorter than Mr. Ropuha the Toad, even! (It's still a little cold for gardening outside, around 21 F, but I am so ready. The prairie buttercups are up and in full bloom--they are always the first thing to come up in my garden. It looks like she is the same size as "Amanda Thimble". I'm tempted to sew her more things since she can be fully dressed from a single fat quarter--or even a bit cut off while making some other doll's outfit!

The weather today was perfect, so I ducked out of work and went outside and weeded, watered and took out Mr. Ropuha for a small photoshoot (Since he is about toad sized, all his shoots are small ;) ). My moss patch is now big enough to hold his table, 2 chairs and a Tokidoki Unicorno: Although I have resisted it so far, my local nursery has a lot of Ropuha sized stuff, including a cottage: And also some teeny ferns, finger-sized: But so far all Arnold has is the table set, a teacup, and the moss patch-- which set flowers this week! Here Arnold sees something: Because I was quiet, our resident wild rabbit came out to eat clover blossoms: Arnold went to sit with the mermaid: And to check out the hollyhock: And finally to have a small nap in the hydrangea: (Giving a new meaning to "flower bed") He's fun and easy to carry around for photos, I should take him out more! These are the ears Cat sent me! Cass' shell ears, that no one will part with. (Cat said that her Alice in Labyrinth Chloe wasn't interested in them). So here they are, and I will make Cat some weird little eyes in return. This is the baker's dozen I sent out to Chalyss this morning: They do look a lot better in an eye than out of it. Though I do need to make Claudia new ones--you cant tell here, due to the Miracle of Photoshop, but Claudia's eyes in person have so much glitter they look like LEDs in the sunlight, and it's a bit much. He had a long trip from the Ukraine as a model, then to Korea to be cast in a nice green, and then from Korea over to Washington State and Jpopdolls, where he was then tucked into a box and sent to me. He's a cousin of K's little guy, and pretty much the same except for the resin color. He's the tiniest doll I have. I say he's "not a tiny, but an anthro" so it's ok if I have him since he doesn't really need clothes. Here he is with an Impldoll Plaice, who is EID sized: I think he's so cute!

I just put this up because I ordered a Mr. Ropuha for me last month. :D Luckily he won't be here for a while, which will give me time to collect some props and make him a bed (he's small enough a bed is not the storage problem that a SD sized bed would be). I ordered him through jpopdolls and I am guessing he will ship next Spring, which is appropriate for toads. I think I will be doing polliwogs again next spring as well, though I also think we will enlarge the pond this time and make a place for them to hide from predators.

And he is so tiny and cute! He belongs to K, but I did take him out for a few pictures and install his eyes before I wrapped him up again. I wondered how to get his eyes in but I tugged on his head and ...oh! He has a face plate! His eyepockets are perfectly round so all he can manage are round beads or perhaps round 10 or 8 mm eyes. Something very small, anyway! Checking out the flowers: Agh so cute! Grace from Jpopdolls hinted that soon there will be a new little cute doll to go with Mauna Mouse and Mr. Ropuha. :D

I checked the jpop pre-order site and he is beginning to be shipped out! WhooHoo! Ira_Scargeear has a pattern for a girl outfit for him on her Deviant Art gallery, but I haven't tracked down this outfit yet--it's probably there too. :D
