Jennifer Sutherland Art
This is "Eventide" and I believe she was originally a porcelain doll, probably about the size of the Bychkova dolls. I found her on Jennifer Sutherland's blog , but apparently Sutherland has been busy so the blog is a little unattended (looks guilty).
