I clicked on a Luts link by accident, and found an otter!! He's a smol otter, so he is off-limits for me, but oh so cute! The sales page is a placeholder right now, but his price and stats are up (the oxygen tank and hoses are not included, he's actually just a snorkeler ;) Look at those little paws :D
Just a Pile o Otters, and Clockwork Angel
Been working on a cover and simultanously reading the Clockwork Angel series, which has made me very tired. The book series, by Cassandra Clare, is one of the best fantasy series I have read in a long time, and it's tagged "young Adult" I think all the best stuff ends up in that category, or maybe I am secretly 14. (Most likely the real answer). I am also envious of Cliff Nielsen, who only has to put one character on the cover of these novels. I have had to do double portraits for ages now and someone always has a weird expression or their eyes closed at the wrong time.

I'm having some trouble with a hand pose and this sums up how I feel. I will go restring a doll instead for a few minutes. Also, Matt Whyman has made a new (joke) cover for Madame Bovary. If a cover sums of the mood of a book, this does it perfectly for me--I mean wtf Emma? Why are you such a drama llama?
