Iplehouse Carina So Fabric Friends and Dolls  just got in an order of Oscar Eyes, and there were lots in the 12mm and 14mm size I use the most. I also had money in the PayPal, which is always dangerous. :D These are 12mm Silver Galaxy, and in person they are so sparkly and wonderful; I will try to take more photos during the day to see if I can capture how bright they are. They also fit well in the difficult Iplehouse eyes--Hecate has slightly larger than most eyes, so some 12 mm still gap. The Oscars fit perfectly. They are nice and heavy flat-backed resin, with lots of detail you can't see in this light. Here is another shot, still pretty murky: These have pupils, too--just a lot of glitter in front of them! I also did something different with her eyelashes--normally I glue them in with Aleen's Clear Tacky Glue like a responsible adult, but I was lazy and took tape and taped in the lashes. This is pretty easy to do--you still need tweezers to get them placed correct...

These are super sloppy--I just took some feather fluff, lined the fluff up on a piece of parchment paper (wax paper works too) and spread some polymer medium across the lower edge. Once it dried, I trimmed the feathers and the polymer strip to the size I wanted (you really just need enough polymer to hold the strip together until you can glue the lashes down on the doll; I try to get the tiny strip inside the eyewell before I glue it down. That way the polymer doesn't show and if it is a problem for the fit of the eyes, I can take an Xacto and trim it off entirely on the inside. If you want nicer lashes, make a pile of hairs, or feather bits on one side of the paper, make a line of polymer about 3 inches long (that way you will have extra lash in case part of it fall apart, or dry crookedly) and then with a pair of tweezers, carefully set each hair down in a neat row on the wet polymer strip. Doll eyelashes are fragile and don't survive being moved from one doll to another, usually. So when I redid Tamsen's (a DollZone Wing) faceup I didn't have any replacement lashes for him that were brown or blonde, so in desperation I took a fake sheepskin bathmat and scissored out two tiny pieces, colored them with acrylic paint, and glued them on. They are..slightly weird. I think I am going to dig through the feathers and see if I have a brown/blonde ones hiding and make lashes out of those. Part of the problem is that the bathmat would have worked if I had applied the "hair" a bit at a time to the inside of the lid with superglue, instead of using a strip of hairs from the base of the mat. The thickness of the strip holds the eye back and slightly out of place.
