  I haven't done an inventory for at least 2 years, because it's a hassle to find the time, the space and the light to do it (my phone camera is actually better in low light, but less convenient to upload here). But that just reminded me that I need to stop buying large dolls, since my ability to deal with the time/space needed is limited. I also didn't prep them at all this year, this is how they came out of storage. I did get my Phoenix Doll Android Mei on some Resinsoul parts I had saved for her for a year: I knew she would fit on the RS Lian body, I just didn't have one in a color that matched her (the one I had was purple).  I do have someone new--Akutenshi GAVE me this cutie for my birthday!! She is a Fairyland Lucywen and a really nice size--she is a minifee and a lot smaller and easier to deal with than the SD dolls. You can't see them but she has elf ears. Such a wonderful present <3 <3 The dolls I have left to "finish" are my IoS A2 grumpy ...

  Sicktress sent me a box of gorgeous clothes! There were so many I haven't even gone through them all, though I did use the back of a cloak that was a matte black to photograph some lace for a 3d project: The lace around the bottom of the skirts is the lace that I scanned :D Anyway, here is an inspiring little jacket modelled by Phoenix Doll Android Mei: I did swap the buttons on the back for smaller ones--the one it came with were beautiful but almost too large to go through the buttonholes. It fits her perfectly--she just needs compatible pants now! Here is Honey in another pretty outfit from the box--those pants! Mermaid pants! So Sicktress has now made many of my dolls much more stylish--thank you SO MUCH! <3

I had this Delf body that was structurally sound, but had all kinds of scratches, chips, and a really well done but IMO unfortunate breast removal...I have had it explained to me that you can't buy genderless bodies, and people like the posing of the Delf bodies. But I think it throws off the proportions of the Delf body to remove the breasts-- and you can always buy a cheap boy body and mod it.. well, anyway, this body needed a lot of work. and I thought if I made it a robot/cyborg thing the dent and scratch part of it would be OK. If you are going to use iDyePoly, you will need: --Paper towels already torn off and put where you can reach them fast, in a pile. Lots of them --mask off your drainboard and ceramic sink --Safety goggles or glasses--you will be working with a giant pot of splashy dye. Boiling dye. You       don't want that in your eyes. --A giant cheap Goodwill pot in good condition, especially the bottom and the handles--you don't want the w...

We have had early snow and while it's been inconvenient  (the garage door is still broken so the cars are outside) it's also pretty. I am sure the mail carriers hate it, though. I finally received my newly designed Impldoll Star female body, and it's a fabulous poser! Here is a first look at the "White Skin" it's more of a pinky crystal color: It's also a bit translucent, which is gorgeous but a little hard to match for heads. The shoulders are very wide--great for bigger heads, not suitable for Souldoll girls, but maybe good for the older Iplehouse dolls. Here she is with a head: This is a Granado Gitana head, and it's not bad. The look is like a old Feeple body. The shoulders work really well, and the neck has realistic movement, too. The legs pose very naturally, too--and stand well! Look how innovative the upper legs are--they work brilliantly. I did find someone who had resin that was close to the Impl resin--the Phoenix Doll And...

So I have snoozed a little through a new Phoenix Doll release --this is the newest, Orla. Here is the company info and stats for her: (Click to enlarge) Here is the blank head: And a couple more beauty shots: She is shown on a Dollshe body--they are gorgeous-- but you do have to wait for them ;) I love this little company--they ship fast in beautiful boxes and the resin and the casts are beautiful.  My Cyborg Mei has been on various bodies, and I like her on all of them; eventually I will make her a project body with sculpey additions. Right now she is just looking cute on a Mirodoll body, which except for the elbows, is a pretty decent little body: Here is the other newish head, Liu I have seen her blank on Den of Angels  (you need to be a DoA member to see it) and it is such a wonderful, detailed sculpt!
