Pamela at Iplehouse
All I know is that she is under the Elemental Guardians tab, but that might be a fluke of programming--she is part of the Carved Heritage series, and her sales page is here:

It is pretty fabulous. I always worry if they've shrunk the fabric before they make anything, though. That brocade was always a nightmare in theatre if we didn't steam iron it first. You could watch it shrink before your eyes.
