I found this artist from a Tumblr post--his home gallery site, which includes other Ethiopian artists, is called The Next Canvas and is full of brilliant art. Here's a thumbnail bio from the site:
Born in 1987, Nahosenay Negussie is a young and emerging Ethiopian painter and graphic designer. He graduated with honors in 2013 from Addis Ababa University Alle School of Fine Arts and Design, majoring in Graphic Design.
Nahosenay is a founding member and the Director of Moged Fine Art Studio in Addis Ababa and is a 2012 recipient of the prestigious Japan Fellowship. Nahosenay's work can be found in public and private art collections both in Ethiopia and abroad. He currently lives and works in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
It looks like if you want one of the pieces of art, they ship the canvases rolled up. There is a lack of solid information about carriers and shipping costs, but it has a contact address on the site where you can answer these questions. I wish they also offered art prints of the work shown--I'd be a lot more confident of a 8 by 10 inch print in an envelope making it here safely from Addis Ababa than a rolled, delicately painted canvas. I'd buy all kinds of other licensed merch with these designs, too--they are gorgeous.
