I saw her elementary school report card and she got all "A"s in math. (She was briefly an accountant for a "Barbary Coast" gambling casino in the early 1900's in San Francisco.) Mom is also very,very good at math, and was the senior accountant at MacTech magazine. I have no idea what happened to me :D
