I just spent an hour digging a path to the mailbox and a hole for J's car to get back in after work. At least it's exercise.
My dad had a sort of dirty trick for that whole snow in the driveway thing. He laid out a tarp big enough to cover the driveway section that got the most snow, hooked it to a motorized winch on his work truck, looped it around a tree, and just stood there and hit a button every morning while drinking his coffee. But that was Buffalo, NY.

ReplyDeleteAnd it snows like 8 feet a year there, or it used to. I'm surprised Buffalo doesn't just get a inflatable dome put over it! :D
