Today mostly I cleaned things: the kitchen, the floor of the porch, and various mirrors and windows. Surprisingly time consuming, though we did go to Target (J had taken the day off) in a futile attempt to find ice cube trays. Apparently no one makes ice by hand any more.

    Google says Target has them, doesn't sell them in stores. Maybe making extra money on shipping charges?

      They probably just take up too much shelf space and don't turn fast enough--I need to check the dollar store too, though in reality I will just go buy a sack of cubes from Target for when K comes because we seldom use ice ourselves. She's coming in Oct!
