Julia Cross' Ludwig

After being in hiatus for something like...4 years? Julia Cross of La Legende De Temps finished up Ludwig, painted him up, and will be offering him as a full doll in May of 2016. I believe it when I see it, but you can read the Notice and see body photos here.
