The Secret Contact URL for Soom

For some reason the link for the Q and A has disappeared from the USA version of the Soom home page, but after I sent them an email I got a bounce message telling me to go here:

http://dollsoom.com/shop/shop/intro_content.php?co_id=gemqa

and that actually connects to the European page for the Q and A, where I was able to ask my question. The ENG link doesn't work on the bounce message either, so it looks like they are rearranging things behind the scenes. (Laetitia answered my question right away, too!)
