The tutorial is here (same url as the photo), and the end result is very cute indeed--it is not an easy project, but the directions are clear. You just have to be stubborn and keep at it, and careful, and a supply of Dead Purse Pleather (and beads) helps too.

      Oh noes! I can't even imagine what the inside of your purse looked like afterward..gives a new meaning to the term "pancake makeup!"
