Google Translate

Some of my favorite doll collectors live in Russia, and have blogs, and of course they are in Cyrillic, which I can "read" after laboriously hand converting the letters...unless I plug in the website to Google Translate. Now Google has it's own limitations (it has no clue about slang terms or pop cultural references, so it can translate things in a very hilariously wrong way.) But at least 50% of the time you can get the gist of what the webpage is trying to say, even if you miss out on some of the subtleties. Just copy and paste the link of your blog or whatever and plug it into the search box and start reading. This is a fun blog--the authors are brave people and cruise taobao and some other sites I never check, so I am enjoying finding new stuff.
